Our daily scheduled backup jobs are no longer  being backed up. I can force a backup task to start and it completes successfully, but does not automatically re-start at the next scheduled time. The log shows this Error message on the date the tasks stopped backing up:

ERROR,  TASK: Gloal

Fail to Upload file C:\path...\Application Data\DriveHQ\DriveHQ Online Backup\18049655\BackupTasklist.xml to DriveHQ.

Info: The remote File has been modified, you can't overwrite it. If you want to overwrite it, please refresh task list then upload it.

 

Have tried refreshing the task list but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Suggestions?

Hello Giles, please try logging off Online Backup and then log back on.  If that does not solve the problem, please contact our support team at 800-836-0199.
